DISASSEMBLY Replace old parts with new or remanufactured Cat parts and remaining parts are inspected and measured against strict reusability guidelines

RECONDITIONING Recondition all parts to be reused including work not included in a typical overhaul

ENGINEERING UPDATES Improvements and latest engineering designs introduced after the original date of manufacture are incorporated

REASSEMBLY Maintain all critical torques, clearances and pressure settings; replace all wiring

PERFORMANCE TESTING & REPAINT Conduct quality and performance tests. Paint power train components; apply model identity graphics and Cat Certified Power Train Rebuild decal

FINAL INSPECTION Test all supporting systems to ensure proper operation and peak performance (performed by a certified Cat dealer service technician). Final evaluation by customer to ensure satisfaction with performance in the working environment
