Service Commitment is available as a trial on CVAs from 9 September 2024 – 8 September 2025*.

Parts Availability 

Parts available when promised, or receive up to $1000* Cat credit 

  • Let us know when you need the parts. 

  • PM parts: If you need maintenance parts, they will arrive as soon as the next business day. 

  • If your parts don’t arrive on time, you’ll receive Cat Credits for the value of the parts up to $1000.

HD360 Feature - Critical Fault Alerts

Critical fault alerts are sent in HD360 when you have a current HDAdvantage™ Inform Condition Monitoring Agreement.

This feature will notify you and your business of critical alerts on your connected assets in HD360 and provide recommendations on how to resolve your alert.

Also included in this feature is access to:

  • Requesting a service for an asset

  • Requesting a call back from our Conditioning Monitoring team

  • Viewing a historical summary of the alerts on the asset

Important to note that if you have a premium HDAdvantage™ (Advise or Partner) you will not receive the critical alerts in HD360, and be contacted by our CMA team directly who will be able to provide you with further information about the alert and how to resolve it.

IMPORTANT UPDATE TO RECEIVING CRITICAL ALERTS

There’s an important change to how you will receive your notifications about the health of your machine.  

HDAdvantage Inform customers (who are not on HD360) have been receiving a HD Advantage Condition Monitoring service and contacted via phone or email since purchasing a machine for matters related to the health of your machine.  

From July 1 2024, you will no longer be receiving these critical fault alerts via email.  

HOW THIS WILL BENEFIT YOU:   

  • Centralise your machine data and access all your machine/s information in one convenient place. 

  • Receive timely notifications about critical issues with your connected assets.   

  • Get actionable recommendations on how to address and resolve alerts promptly. 

TO ACCESS HD360 YOU WILL NEED TO:  

  1. Download HD360 app and create an account with your selected email and password.  

  2. Verify your phone number for secure access and enter your Hastings Deering account details. 

  3. We'll take it from there, confirming your details to ensure your data is secure. 

  4. To access critical alerts, open HD360 and go to the Assets Tab. 

  5. Select a connected machine. 

  6. Under the machine select the Fault Codes section to see a list of critical alert
