LONG SERVICE AGREEMENT (CVA) 

Long Service Agreements are our third level and most complete CVA offering. Hastings Deering will manage total equipment maintenance and repair so you can focus on delivering quality work.  

Long Service Agreement Benefits

  • Hastings Deering will manage the total maintenance and repairs of your machine, so you can focus on the job at hand.

  • Fixed price genuine Cat parts and labour rates for Preventive Maintenance, offering price certainty and peace of mind.

  • Hastings Deering will perform all PM services and repairs using Cat certified technicians on priority so you can focus on your work.

  • Preventive Maintenance (PM) and repair parts on time with our CVA Services Commitment or receive up to $1000* Cat Credit.

  • Priority planned and unplanned repair service with our CVA Service Commitment. Hastings Deering will be there when promised or receive Cat Credits for up to 2 hours* labour.

  • Access to your machine data to track the health of your machine and keep it working when you need it to.

  • A dedicated Condition Monitoring Analyst (CMA) to provide in-depth data-driven insights into the overall health and utilisation of your assets.^

  • A proactively maintained machine that leads to a longer life and increased productivity. ^Optional inclusion. Scheduled oil sampling must be completed through Hastings Deering scheduled oil sampling to be eligible.

A CVA is more than just an agreement, it’s a promise that your machine has the ongoing support and expertise of a team of Cat specialists. Experience parts on time and priority service with a Long Service Agreement. 

Service Commitment is available as a trial on CVAs from 9 September 2024 – 8 September 2025*.

Parts Availability 

Parts available when promised, or receive up to $1000* Cat credit 

  • Let us know when you need the parts. 

  • PM parts: If you need maintenance parts, they will arrive as soon as the next business day. 

  • Repair parts: If you need repair parts, they will arrive as soon as the second business day. 

  • If your parts don’t arrive on time, you’ll receive Cat Credits for the value of the parts up to $1000. 

Service Response 

Service response when promised or receive Cat credits for up to 2 hours* of labour. 

  • Priority planned service response with our CVA Service Commitment. Hastings Deering will be there when promised or receive Cat Credits for up to 2 hours* labour.

  • Unplanned service response: In case of breakdowns, you’ll receive second business day technician response to fix or diagnose the issue. If we’re unable to meet this timeframe, you’ll receive Cat credits for up to 2 hours labour.
