Appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2024, Tiffany is responsible for leading Hastings Deering’s Australian Operational Leadership Team.  

With more than 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in Australia and internationally, Tiffany has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth across various industries. 

Having joined Hastings Deering in 2020 as the Executive General Manager – Construction Industries, prior to her current position, Tiffany was Executive General Manager for Aftermarket and Technology Solutions, where she was responsible for multiple services and solutions for resource, construction, energy and transport customers. 

Her background also includes significant roles with global manufacturers such as Volvo Construction Equipment and Caterpillar, from Product Management to Distribution Strategy and Development. 

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada), and has completed Strategic Leadership for Women at the International Institute for Management Development Business School (Lausanne Switzerland).
