Appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2024, Tiffany is responsible for leading Hastings Deering’s Australian Operational Leadership Team.

With more than 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in Australia and internationally, Tiffany has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth across various industries.

Having joined Hastings Deering in 2020 as the Executive General Manager – Construction Industries, prior to her current position, Tiffany was Executive General Manager for Aftermarket and Technology Solutions, where she was responsible for multiple services and solutions for resource, construction, energy and transport customers.

Tiffany has a wealth of experience in leadership roles with global manufacturers such as Volvo Construction Equipment in Europe and Caterpillar in Australia and the USA, from Product Management to Distribution Strategy and Development.

Arriving in Australia 2008, Tiffany started with Caterpillar in Melbourne as a Strategy Manager and has had an array of roles across Asia Pacific including Strategy and Planning Manager - Asia Pacific Division (Singapore), Regional Product Manager (Decatur, Illinois) and Marketing & Operations Support Manager – Asia Pacific Division (Singapore).

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada), and has completed Strategic Leadership for Women at IMD Business School (Lausanne Switzerland) and Caterpillar’s leadership development program LD400 (Duke University, USA).
