GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT

Jo has worked at Hastings Deering since 2012 and is a key member of our Executive Leadership team. Jo is responsible for Business Improvement and Employee experience at Hastings Deering.

Jo has more than 20 years’ industry experience and has worked with leadership teams across all streams of Human Resources, including employee relations, organisational development, learning and remuneration. She has worked for several companies including Amcor Limited, Glencore and Aurizon.

Jo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Queensland University of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Central Queensland. She is also a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
